All Sales Final
All sales are final. Because many of our items are made-to-order and built for specific fitments, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering errors.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Defective
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email info@kisscustoms.com with your order number and clear photos of:

- the item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
- Do not install or modify the product before we review the claim, or the claim may be denied.
How We Make It Right
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Do I have to send the damaged product back?
No. In most cases, we’ll process a replacement or refund based on your photos and ask you to safely dispose of the damaged item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update an order (address, color, configuration), contact us as soon as possible at info@kisscustoms.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed/produced. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Custom/made-to-order orders may be subject to a restocking or materials fee if a cancellation is requested after work has started.
