Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lead Time 

  • Ready-to-Ship items usually leave in 3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order items typically ship in 3–5 business days.
  • You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.

Transit Time

Transit time starts once USPS scans your package. Shipping speed does not include processing/build time.

Typical USPS transit estimates:

  • Economy: 5–8 business days
  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS only, with three options at checkout:

  1. Economy
  2. Standard
  3. Express

Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on the option you select at checkout.

Tracking

When your order is packed and your label is created, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact info@kisscustoms.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost to reship.

Carrier Delays

USPS delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, or service disruptions. These delays are outside of our control, but we’ll help you troubleshoot if tracking shows an issue.

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate your package, check with your household/building management first, then contact USPS. If you still need help, email info@kisscustoms.com with your order number.
